Financial Administrator

About your role

As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing our financial administration. You process purchase invoices, prepare sales invoices, and prepare payments. You also process cash and bank transactions and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. In addition, you perform analysis tasks in preparation for reports and check project administration. Next to this you support the Operations Manager in, among other things, (financial) administration in the HR field. You will be part of a Finance / Operations team with whom you work closely.

You do all this for our companies Leisure Expert Group, Aniba Entertainment, and Spot on Shows.

what we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you must have a diploma at MBO-4 or HBO level in the field of financial administration. You have 2 to 5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position, or you are a starter with a great deal of talent. We work with Exact Online, so experience with this is an advantage. And finally, as we are an international company, you are proficient in communicating in English. Are you someone with ambition and see this as a starting point for further development? You will fulfill the role of Financial Administrator for 32 to 40 hours per week at our office at Entrepotdok in Amsterdam, right in the city center with a view of Artis. We offer a competitive salary, supplemented with a good travel allowance and a fully employer-funded pension plan.
