Marketing Coordinator and Sales Support

About your role

As a Marketing Coordinator and Sales Support (MCSS), you will be part of the Sales and Business Development Team. You are responsible for managing and coordinating the marketing for 3 companies within the Leisure Expert Holding: Leisure Expert Group, Aniba Entertainment, and Spot on Shows. This includes implementation of the marketing plan, managing social media channels, websites, and providing input for visibility through other channels. You will develop and execute the yearly calendar for social media publications. You will write texts for and create posts and advertisements (online and offline). You are able to use software like InDesign, Photoshop and/or other relevant for creating designs for company presentations and ads.

Besides, you will assist the Business Development Expert in various sales activities, including preparing proposals, initiating market opportunities, maintaining client contact, preparing for trade-shows, pre-bid trajectories and coordinating client gifts.

what we are looking for

You have a passion for marketing and excellent organizational skills. After finishing your bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, you already worked in 1 or 2 project driven organizations. So, you have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. As we are an international company, excellent Dutch and effective communication in English is essential.
